After a difficult two weeks your negotiating committee fought off the companies attempts to offer you an agreement that did not address your top concerns. However, we remained vigilant in addressing your needs and are happy to recommend the acceptance of this tentative agreement. Your committee wants to thank you – the membership for your support!

URGENT UPDATE

Negotiations have taken a turn for the worse. The Company is proposing pay adders designed to divide the membership and rejecting proposals to increase automatic rate progression. Your committee is fighting for GWIs across the entire bargaining unit. It is time to let the Company know you are not accepting anything less than what you deserve! Make some noise during your breaks and lunches!

Today was a slow-moving day, but progress, albeit slow, has been made on some economic proposals. Your committee is headstrong in focusing on the critical pieces from the survey that you said were the top priorities. We will continue to fight for those priorities. Tomorrow is Union Shirt Day.
