After a difficult two weeks your negotiating committee fought off the companies attempts to offer you an agreement that did not address your top concerns. However, we remained vigilant in addressing your needs and are happy to recommend the acceptance of this tentative agreement. Your committee wants to thank you – the membership for your support!

Your bargaining committee has continued to pressure the Company to negotiate decent, well-deserved economic language that addresses your needs. While it was a difficult day, we are working into the evening hours to secure what is most important to you. When we have any updates, we will post them right here on the website.

URGENT UPDATE
Negotiations have taken a turn for the worse. The Company is proposing pay adders designed to divide the membership and rejecting proposals to increase automatic rate progression. Your committee is fighting for GWIs across the entire bargaining unit. It is time to let the Company know you are not accepting anything less than what you deserve! Make some noise during your breaks and lunches!
